In SMK:
Bij de orthopedische ingrepen waarbij een vreemd lichaam wordt ingebracht, wordt door de commissie geadviseerd om 2 g Cefazoline iv te gebruiken ipv de gebruikelijke 1 g dosering.
Bij gebruik van vancomycine, dosering volgens onderstaand protocol:
