General comments
Aan begin behandeling patiënte opnemen
Na voltooien behandeling urine controleren.
Wanneer een groep-B-streptokok gekweekt wordt bestaat de indicatie voor antibiotische profylaxe rond de baring, waarvoor consult gynaecoloog.
Bij ernstige sepsis of septische shock eenmalig gentamicine 5 mg/kg toevoegen (alleen bij strikte indicatie)
