Remarks:

Bij verdenking aspiratie

General comments

  • Behandelduur bij VAP maximaal 8 dagen.
  • Bij antibiotische keuze rekening houden met kolonisatie/eerdere kweken.
  • Aminoglycoside alleen toevoegen bij ernstige sepsis of septische shock.
  • Aminoglycosiden, dit is gentamicine 5 mg/kg iv eenmalig. (daarna iom A-team)
